Terms of Service

Template notice for the operator: set your contact email and legal name in Admin → Platform settings, and have these texts reviewed by a lawyer before launch.
1. What VALINK is
VALINK lets you create a personal website at valink.it/yourname, edit it in a live editor and connect with other VALINK users as friends. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use VALINK. Keep your password safe; you're responsible for what happens on your account. One person may not impersonate another, and usernames that mislead people about who you are may be removed.
3. Your content
You keep the rights to what you upload. You give VALINK permission to host, store and show it on your site and in VALINK features (such as friends lists and the explore page, which you can turn off in your privacy settings). Only upload content you have the right to use.
Not allowed: illegal content, hate or harassment, sexual content involving minors, malware or phishing, links that deceive visitors, and anything that infringes someone else's rights. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, and anyone can report a site from its About panel.
4. VALORANT artwork
Player-card artwork comes from the community valorant-api.com service. VALINK is not affiliated with or endorsed by Riot Games. VALORANT and its artwork are trademarks and property of Riot Games, Inc. Use them in line with Riot's guidelines.
5. Premium and payments
Premium is a subscription billed by Stripe monthly or yearly until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your dashboard; Premium stays active until the end of the paid period and is not refunded pro-rata unless the law requires it. If Premium ends, your site keeps working on the Free plan and Premium-only settings are paused. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice.
6. Ads
Sites on the Free plan may show a clearly marked VALINK ad. Premium removes it. Ads you add yourself are your responsibility.
7. Availability and liability
We work to keep VALINK running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, VALINK isn't liable for indirect losses or lost profits. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under the law.
8. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings; this removes your site and uploads. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
